Leatherwork

Here's a fancy sadjak or lubia (bowcase) and kolczan (quiver). It was made for my friend Eric and we each made some of the embellishments. The quiver easily holds two dozen arrows and the bowcase is designed to hold a Grozer Turkish or Krim-Tatar bow.

This is a smaller hunting quiver designed to hold a dozen arrows and a bow case designed to match it. Lastly, a large, plain war quiver that holds three dozen arrows - the pattern is based on one in Atil.

I've now made several cartirdge cases. They are worn on the chest with a belt over one shoulder and are curved slightly to fit the chest. They hold ten rounds ready for firing.

Coming soon, a quiver based on one in the Czartoryski Museum in Krakow.

Coming Soon, a bowcase based on one in the Czartoryski Museum in Krakow.

I’ve made several small pouches and other items. Coming soon, I hope to post more recent examples.
